Application and Selection Procedure:

2. Create an account profile using Aadhaar authentication
3. Shortlisting based on candidates’ preferences and company requirements
4. Companies select from shortlisted candidates and extend internship offers
5. Candidates accept offers through the portal

Benefits:

• Rs 5,000 monthly stipend (Rs 500 from company’s CSR funds and Rs 4,500 from government through Direct Benefit Transfer)
• One-time grant of Rs 6,000 upon joining the internship
